Easy Fix All Solution for Macbooks
This solution from what I hear will fix other Apple computers as well. It involves resetting the System Management Controller also known as SMC.
I noticed while gaming, my laptop was performing poorly. Was hard to get any info on the issue at first, but I saw people having the same issue. One of the solutions for a user that posted on a forum was doing a SMC reset. The steps I took to do this were not hard and my graphics performed better as my frames per second AKA FPS went up. It was a magical fix. Anyway, they can hopefully fix the issue with a firmware update. This happens from time to time.
Step 1 - Turn off the computer
Step 2 - On the left side of the keyboard, press the Option, Control, and Shift key along with the power button all at the same time
Step 3 - Press power button once to turn on computer
Step 4 - Let the computer stay on for 5 minutes, then shutdown.
Step 5 - Unplug the power cable and power the computer on
Step 6 - Plug the cable back in once computer is on and let it boot up
Step 7 - Test it out
Here is a video I initially used.
