The log only shows typed commands, and who logged in and out, and from what IP they did so. It does NOT show where they were, or what their inventory is, or what blocks they've placed or destroyed.

As far as I know, you can't lock chests. You can hide them, however.

But if you do hide them, hide them under or behind something totally inconspicuous, unlike what Zhies did. I noted two blocks that looked totally out of place, dug them up and found a large chest underneath. Reburied it, and let him know that he should hide stuff better. Sort of a "White Hat" angle to things - hack your stuff and let you know how to be more secure - but he was appreciative of the help.

We're all Christians (with the exception of Roman's classmates and co-workers), so this sort of thing should be totally foreign to us.

I have vacated the house I built in spawnville. It is open to raid, pillage, or whatever, including the mine underneath, as a working example of what a proper Branch Mine looks like. I have since relocated to another area kind of sorta close to spawn (but not nearly as close as I was before), so I shouldn't have an issue running into other folks as I mine.

IN real life news, my kids are getting sick, I'm getting sick, and the missus MUST BE at Church tomorrow for puppets. I'll probably be home on Sunday trying to me Mr. Mom.

So, looking to upgrade RAM on my Asus - 800MHz 4GB DDR2 sticks will work, yes? Might get a pair of them and double my RAM.

I could've sworn I saw somewhere that a guy upped his RAM, CPU and video card, but he might have had to reflash his BIOS to accept that.

Anyway.

My new house: I've been experimenting with Redstone. You have been warned.

Flashing the BIOS could do that. I was able to upgrade pastors old computer from a single core CPU to a dual core just from upgrading the BIOS. I would check the ASUS website for you model laptop and see what changes each BIOS version implemented.
