MAMA MIA!!!!
Started the workout this Monday. Will see how far I get.

Ultimate shake
8oz skim milk, 2 scoops of protein, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 kiwi, 1 apricot, couple slices of pineapple, handful of raisins, handful of blackberries, spoonful of honey --- blended together = monster shake!!!!!

Dude thats like 3 or 4 portions of fruit. Are you trying to stay fat? P90X Phase 1 level 2 only allows 1 portion of fruit and level 3 only allows 2 portions. Whats up with the suger high when adding honey and fruits? Stick to the P90X diet and you will see the best results!!!!

Alina and I started P90X and a healthier diet to get in better shape. Getting the best results is not my priority right now. I just want to eat healthier and stay in shape. So yeah I might eat some more fruit then required but that is better then having cake (Medovnic) or something else unhealthy.
