So, it's not based off of quality of posts, it's quantity?

LOL. Well, of course trolls and flammer posts will be removed. The forum is small right now so it helps to have people contribute. Quality is nice, but right now we need quantity to get things rolling. There is a Thank button when you post and will give you points in that area.
