24 Hour Fitness for Free

Well for 7 days. If you go on to their site and request a free 7 day pass it will start the countdown only when you first use it. So you can keep it for awhile before using it. Once you do, you have only that amount of time to go. So use it up on a week you know you can go 2 to 3 times, maybe.

They have a lot more equipment. I'm excited to finish P90X and make my own routine up. 24 Hour Fitness in Pearl City is the place to be me thinks.

I wouldn't mind trying it out. I got one week of P90x left so I think I am going to consider it.

Honestly, I don't see myseld going here as a member until I'm done Insanity. I REALLY REALLY need someone to go with me to do Bench Presses. I need a spot. I want to do regular, incline, decline, close handed, etc.

Joseph and I go Thursday around 5pm to touch base with the guy who will give us a tour. Until they give you a tour you cannot use their gym as a guest with the guest pass. Kind of gay I must admit. I'll use my 7 day pass to do cardio mostly. It'll be cool.

Also, there is no Initiation Fee which is normally not the case. Usually it's expensive, but if you sign up now there is none. It's $50 a month if you go month to month. If you sign up anually it's a lot cheaper I'd imagine.

Sweet right after work I go. Also, if you want to do bench press and don't have a spot look for a "smith machine". You can bench by yourself and not have a spotter. I know NCTAMS Base has one in their gym according to one of the navy guys. I don't think I'll be joining 24 hour fitness until at least after insanity. Even then, I'm thinking of buying a smith machine after conference. If I already have the dumbells why not just get a bench. They have ones that don't take up that much room. It also has the leg part so you can do leg curls and leg extensions. Also Squats. It's like an all in one. If I knew I could take up minimal room and shifted stuff around I would so do it. I would save so much money and time and gas by not going to the gym. Iunno just me.

Actually now I'm thinking that I want to do Cardio and I despise the Kunia Gym for that so maybe I will join...
