Any News on This Program? Empty Any News on This Program?

I heard this workout is not a "superior" workout to regular P90X. It is said to only have 5 workouts and you lift lower weight more times. I'm not sure exactly. Anyone did any research?

Les weight more times? Sounds like something that woudl give good tone and maintain strength...?
