I feel like a FAT PIG!!! Empty I feel like a FAT PIG!!!

I feel like a FAT PIG!!! Wm-ss-fat-guy

So anyway I'm eating more meals / foods now then before. It feels crazy at the end of the night trying to make up for what you didn't eat in the day. Of course, you're supposed to porportion it so that doesn't happen. We're not all perfect. Night Shift is even more awkward. I look like a pig at work. I'm constantly going to the fridge for a V8 or a Salad or a Fruit. I know it's silly, but it's like man. And God forbid you eat more than 4 veggies.

I'm going to try to condense my foods. I added 4 strips of grilled chicken into my salad last night and chugged a V8 with it. That knocked out 4 proteins and 2 vegetables. Before I left the house and ate that I had a Double Whopper w/Chee....I mean a protein shake with 2 cups of skim milk which is 2 portion of Dairy and 2 scoops of Proteins which is 2 Proteins.

My strategy needs some work. Roman's death shake / smoothe concept is a great way to knock stuff out. 1 scoop of protein 1 protion of Skim Milk, 2 portions of Fruits and a little of both Acai and Pomegranate juice. Now, you add a cup of ice to this as well. Of course, I forgot if I did or did not add 2 cups of skim milk and protein which would've been mean. Imagine drinking that in the morning that would give you a boost. Then, take a light lunch and a regular dinner or whatever.

Yeah It's hard I feel you on that one.....but "I tell you the truth" the hardest part is the 9 proteins a day thing. everything else meets the standards. I mean after we work out at like 10 pm..lol...I still have like 3 proteins left to eat and I am not even hungry. In reality if you have enough energy to workout and you meet you portion contorl at least 85% you should be good.

Turkey bacon is a great way to get the protein in the morning. 2 peices of turkey bacon is 1 portion of protiens. So I just slap 4 turkey bacons in between 2 pecies of papper towels and nuke it in the microwave for 3 minutes, then add it to the rest of my breakfast which is 2 protiens already. This nocks out 4 proteins in the morning!!!!
