Let's Get Started...

APRIL 4th

One week after P90X is complete.

I really feel like crap right now. Working out then working at night is not fun. It is however convienient. I'll post updates of my progress here and let you know if it's hard or not. I might just go to the gym on base before work, finish up, shower, and then go to work right after. All I need is some where in the gym to do it at. I might just go to Schofield Barracks instead. It's on the way to work anyhow and I can get my own racketball room to myself. PUDDLES OF SWEAT!

Day 2 I feel like I'm gonna die.

Oh man, let it be over with already. Ok, 8 weeks and I'm halfway through week 5. Recovery week doesn 't count. Phase 1 and 2 are both 4 weeks. Dude, it's insane. You'll never get used to this. It's ruff.

Anyway, I added it to my iPad to take with me to the gym so I can actually jump. My neighbor said he only did it like 6 times because his baby keeps getting in the way. I really think my neighbors are patient. The guy that lives there said he though we quit working out because he couldn't hear us. Crazy huh?
