Anyone try this?

My neighbor is a Crossfit Level 1 instructor, Army sent him, lucky guy. I've been doing this for about 2 months, 3x/wk. Just wondering if anyone has done this in the local gyms or elsewhere?

I've not done it yet. Probably never will. I will stick to P90X for DVD type of trainings. I'm not into group training either. I just like to hit the gym and get out.

I like the P90x series too, just don't like having to clean house/adjust furniture to do it, my house is a bit crowded.

Just as an FYI most workouts don't last longer than 30 min. and by the time ur finished, the targeted muscle group(s) are worked. I don't like working out in large groups either, but the workouts can be done individually...however, I find it harder to cheat when others are there counting my reps and watching for proper form (just my 2 cents).

That sounds great. Maybe I'll try it then. I just hope I don't cross fit my pants in the process. Supposed to be a joke I guess...lol.

LOL! Just as an FYI, I'm in decent shape and barely got through my first Workout of the Day (WOD). The workouts are kinda tough, but like most things it takes about 2-3 weeks before the body gets conditioned. The nice thing is that it is similar to insanity/P90x in that muscle confusion seems to be key in keeping the body from going into plateau. Cheers!
