What a Bummer Dude
So now that I'm done P90X I have moved on to Insanity. The problem I have is that it's only cardio. I really don't want to be working out so much in my personal life. Since I'm on night shift I've created a workout schedule tailored to work. It only took me 20 mins to do 4 sets of Bicep Curls and Bench Presses. It's not much compared to P90X necessarily, but better than not working out at all. It's a 10 hour shift for crying out loud! HAHA.
